ElsaMarie D'Silva is a social entrepreneur and founder of Red Dot Foundation (Safecity), a global leader in crowdsourcing data to address sexual violence and harassment. Through her efforts, she mobilizes thousands of young people worldwide to break the silence around gender-based violence.
