Dream it. Wish it. Do it.

ElsaMarie D'Silva has always wanted to make a difference, live a meaningful life and inspire others through her actions. The UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres gave her a shoutout during the UNAOC Fez Forum in November 2022.

“I am thinking of people like Elsa Marie D’Silva from India, who co-founded a platform that crowdsources and maps sexual violence and harassment.
Her efforts are mobilising thousands of young people around the world to break the silence and end gender-based violence,” Guterres said in his opening remarks at the 9th Global Forum of the Alliance of Civilisations in Fez, Morocco.

She wears many hats and has many diverse interests - social entrepreneurship, social development, peace, aviation, sugar craft, mental health, personal development and coaching.

She is the Founder of Red Dot Foundation (Safecity), a Fellow at Vital Voices (2014), Aspen New Voices (2015), Rotary Peace (2016), Chevening Gurukul Oxford (2017), Yale World Fellow (2018), Reagan Fascell Democracy Fellow (2019), IWF (2019), Gratitude Network (2020) and an alumni of the US State Department's Fortune Program, Swedish Institute, SE Forum Outreach Accelerator and Fast FWD Philadelphia Accelerator for Public Safety.

She believes nothing is impossible if you put your heart into it.
